Our weekly club meetings will resume on Thursday, 4th January after the Christmas break. The theme for the night is “Caving in Papua, New Guinea – Cave Photography and More” and Jack Healy will give us a visual presentation of his exploits. Also in attendance will be Dr. Liam Lysaght, Director of the National Biodiversity Data Centre who will speak about “Biodiversity Projects and Photography”.
The closing date for the “COLOUR” competition is Thursday, 11th January. This is a print competition and all prints must be mounted. 20×16 mounts are recommended. Official KPS Competition Labels will be available on the night of the 11th. If you are unable to hand in your prints this week or on the night of the 11th January please contact Andy Magan, the Competition Secretary, at firstname.lastname@example.org
The next monthly competition is “Environmental Portrait” (Projected) and the closing date is the 4th February and judging on the 15th February.
