The Irish Professional Photographers Association is holding its annual conference on Sunday, February 21st in Radisson Blu, Golden Lane, Dublin 8, and is again opening its doors to the wider photographic community in Ireland. Members of the IPF (i.e. members of camera clubs which are members of the Irish Photographic Federation) can avail of a discounted rate for entry of €85 for a whole day of presentations from 7 world class photographers, both Irish and international, across a range of genres, across two rooms.  In total that’s 10 hours of presentations.
In addition, there are two full day workshops being held in the two days before the conference – on Friday February 19th renowned UK wedding photographer Alan Law is hosting an all day workshop at The Schoolhouse in Dublin 4, and on Saturday February 20th, child portraiture expert Sasha de Paz will be hosting an all day workshop at Radisson Blu, Golden Lane, Dublin 8, including a live hands-on shoot with a child model.
