Hi,

it’s been a while since I saw you all! Hope all’s well with the society and it’s going from strength to strength.
Just to let you know, I’ve released a CD under the name Pete MacGowan, it’s called ‘Stop the Clocks’. It’s an EP with 5 acoustic songs, and was recently featured on KCLR 96 fm.
The CD is now available in Kilkenny, in Rollercoaster Records, (Kieran Street), and Broderick’s Music, (New Building Lane).
And it only costs €5!
It’s also available for download from www.cdbaby.com/petemacgowan and all the usual sites – iTunes, Amazon MP3 etc.
Photography and Artwork for the CD are by me. And Harry took a few publicity shots for me the other day because I’m having a wee party to celebrate the CD in my local pub this weekend, Saturday August 24th, (Fleming’s Bar, Faugheen – where the motorbike racing used to be!). If anyone wants to come along, I’d be delighted to see you. The night starts at 9pm with myself and my singing partner, Breege Phelan, and then an open music session from about 11pm!

Anyway, I really wanted to pass on the word about the CD to you, and where it’s available in Kilkenny!
Great exhibition this year!

Thanks,

Pete.[/stextbox]
